My Approach

We are the powerful ones. With our intense emotions and ideas, do not emotionally neglect yourself.

Emotions aren’t the problem. Abandoning yourself is.

Philosophy:

I guide deep feelers, overthinkers, and those who’ve been emotionally dismissed into clarity and balance.
My coaching is:

  • Trauma-aware

  • Emotionally fluent

  • Compassionate, but never performative

I don’t fix people.
I listen deeply, reflect honestly, and help you remember who you are.

Key Beliefs:

  • Emotions are a compass, not a flaw

  • Naming truth is the first step to freedom

  • You already have the answers—I just help you hear them

The Power of Naming What You Feel

Research shows that while most people believe they’re self-aware, only 10–15% actually are. Many of us move through life reacting to emotions we haven’t fully named—mistaking fear for anger or sadness for stress.

In my coaching, emotional clarity isn’t about labeling feelings as good or bad. It’s about recognizing the full landscape of your experience, gently and honestly, so you can meet yourself with compassion and truth.

This is where the transformation begins.

“Naming emotions clearly and safely is rare medicine—and it’s one of the things I do best.”
